3. Consultation Booking Procedure

Our operational model structure is separated into distinct informational and scheduling stages:

1. Online Evaluation Scheduling: Customers can navigate the platform to review active selections, view program criteria, and register for an initial consultation session.

2. No Preliminary Fees: This electronic interaction does not establish a finalized binding service contract. No administrative fees, setup costs, or transactional charges are initiated or levied during this digital interface. It is strictly a complimentary appointment arrangement.

3. Calendar Selection: During this digital step, the user selects an available calendar date. This chosen date designates the physical appointment timeline at our operational facility.

4. In-Office Formulation and Staff Assignment

5. Payment Terms and Booking Finalization

The establishment of an active, binding reservation is dependent upon adherence to strict physical corroboration rules:

CRITICAL PAYMENT POLICY: To secure a formal booking validation, customers are required to pay the entire outstanding program fee in full directly at our operational office. This transaction must be completed in cash only. Digital processing methods, credit instruments, checks, or alternative electronic transfer mechanisms are completely excluded and will not be recognized.

A booking is determined to be complete only when the full cash amount is securely tendered to our office personnel. Upon receipt of payment, the session status transfers to complete, and the client is fully allowed to attend the scheduled training program on the designated execution date.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Because resources, training structures, and physical equipment bays must be reserved in advance, all cancellation activities are subject to fixed timeline parameters:

1. Cancellations Prior to 48 Hours: If a customer communicates an official cancellation notice at least 48 hours before the exact hour of the scheduled training session, a complete refund of the paid cash amount will be executed.

2. Cancellations Between 24 and 48 Hours: If a customer initiates a cancellation notice within the window below 48 hours but prior to 24 hours before the session, a standard deduction of 50% of the aggregate paid amount will be assessed. The remaining 50% balance will be returned to the client.

3. Late Notice Restrictions (Under 24 Hours): To secure the partial 50% return, clients must submit an explicit notification regarding their cancellation or inability to attend prior to the 24-hour mark preceding the session. Failure to provide notification before this final 24-hour threshold nullifies eligibility for any fiscal return.

4. No-Show Determinations: If a client fails to arrive at the facility for their active session without delivering a prior notice, the instance will be classified as an immediate cancellation. No refunds will be provided to the customer under any circumstances for a no-show occurrence.

  • Electronic Bank Transfer: If a bank transfer is chosen, the customer must provide valid account routing details through an official electronic message sent to our primary email infrastructure.
